Tang Yun TY800 automatic punching and bending machine adopts the core positioning punching and bending technology. The CCD camera mounted on the punching and bending machine automatically captures the registration crosshair on the printing plate and magnifies it 40 times. The built-in reference values ​​of the device are compared, and the automatic adjustment and correction are performed at the same time. When the position of the printing plate meets the standard, the nail holes and the curved plates are punched on the printing plate, and the punching and bending are completed simultaneously. It is not difficult to see that the positioning of the crosshairs is the core step of the automatic bending machine. There are three main reasons for its inability to locate.

Positioning block offset

After the printing plate enters the mobile platform, the perforated platforms on both sides are translated to the middle, and the four positioning blocks on the other are extended to fix the plate position (coarse positioning), so that the plate cross line is in the sensing range of the CCD camera (3.2 mm). ×4.0mm). In actual work, it is easy to see that the crosshair is not in the sensing range and the device reports a fault. After repeated trials, I found that this is due to the offset of the positioning block, so that the plate is arched, and the position of the plate is moved twice after the retraction. Naturally, the CCD camera cannot find the crosshair on the plate. The offset of the positioning block is, on the one hand, the loosening of the positioning block fixing screw due to frequent movements, causing the positioning block to be tilted or extended too long, and then the positioning block only needs to be re-adjusted to be perpendicular to the platform; The aging of the spring causes the positioning block to contact the plate and the amount of shrinkage is insufficient, but the plate is pushed up. If there is no suitable spring, the author provides an emergency method: replace the spring with several nuts. It should be noted that multiple tests should be taken to ensure that the thickness of the nut is properly matched, so that the distance between the positioning blocks is equal to the width of the plate. .

2. The micro motor cannot be zeroed

If the crosshair is in the sensing range of the CCD camera, the precise positioning of the plate is done by the three micro-motors (2 horizontal, 1 longitudinal) under the mobile platform. If the micro-motor cannot be reset to zero, the range of movement of the platform will become smaller or even unable to move, and the reference value of the crosshair and the built-in device will not be aligned, and the device will report a fault. The author finds that there are two reasons for the micro-motor not being able to return to zero: one is that the zero control module is damaged, so that the motor can not find the electrical zero position; the other is that the mechanical zero and the electrical zero are not adjusted when the micro-motor is calibrated. Even small deviations can cause deviations to increase due to constant accumulation until the motor can no longer be zeroed. It should be noted that it is judged whether the mechanical zero position and the electrical zero position are adjusted consistently, depending on whether the micro-motor is reset to zero. If there is no secondary action, it means that the adjustment is consistent. If it can't be adjusted consistently, it can be judged that the zero control module is damaged and needs to be replaced.

3. CCD camera failure

CCD camera failures are relatively easy to find, which can result in the inability to display crosshair references and directly affect positioning. I have encountered the phenomenon that one of the CCD cameras has a black screen or a flower screen. This is mostly due to the poor contact between the power and signal lines caused by the jitter of the device during bending. I recommend using a cable tie to tie the power cable and signal cable to the camera cover to reduce the impact of device shake.
